In the last year alone, the number of central stations using Manitou rose by more than 40 percent.

Tammy Narowski has been brought on board as Bold¡¯s new support coordinator. Prior to joining Bold, Narowski worked in customer service for Advantage Capital. In her new role, she will be in charge of managing and monitoring service calls to ensure that customers receive the best possible support.

Bold has also added John MacDonald to its support department. MacDonald will answer questions and provide technical assistance to help Bold¡¯s customers get the most out of their Manitou systems. Prior to joining Bold, MacDonald worked for Dreamquest Software, a video game development company in the Boulder, Colo., area.

¡°The addition of Tammy and John to our world-class support team demonstrates Manitou¡¯s rapid growth into the central station automation and management choice for the security industry,¡± said Rod Coles, president of Bold Technologies. ¡°As we continue to grow, we will expand our team to ensure that our customers receive the outstanding service and support they¡¯ve come to expect from Bold.¡±
