Mr. Honda began his career with TOA Corporation in 1978, after earning a degree in electronics. Throughout his career with TOA, Mr. Honda had been involved in research and development and is most notably recognized for designing the A-900 Series and 500 Series amplifiers. Among his assignments, Mr. Honda served as the Manager for Voice Evacuation Systems, President of the TOA Factory in Japan, and most recently as General Manager of the TOA Audio Division.

Mr. Sakata joined TOA Corporation in1982, immediately after graduating from college. He studied Russian at the Kobe City University. Mr. Sakata has held several positions throughout his tenure, including Export Manager for TOA in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Sales and Marketing management assignments with TOA Hong Kong, Vice President of TOA China, and most recently Managing Director of TOA Hong Kong.
