AssureTec makes the worlds most advanced ID authentication system for identity documents such as passports, visas, drivers licenses, military IDs, social security cards, and alien registration cards.
AssuerTecs patented authentication software automatically identifies over 1,600 ID credentials worldwide and then automatically applies document inspection tests for the particular document type. AssureTec has eliminated the manual selection required by most other authentication solutions.
Terms of the investment include Cross Match assuming a seat on AssureTecs Board of Directors.  Additional financing terms and conditions have not been disclosed.
