TRIS proves international success only six months after lunch

The Anvil Group, specialists in crisis avoidance services, today revealed that more than 1,000 corporations, financial organisations and multinational retailers have subscribed to its Travel Risk Intelligence System (TRIS), since its launch at the Business Travel Show in London earlier this year.

TRIS is an easy to use web portal that enables corporations and employees to stay informed of risks and incidents before and during travel. Individually tailored to suit each corporation¡¯s needs, including the ability to be ¡®skinned¡¯ to fit into any organisation¡¯s look and feel, TRIS is updated and monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. TRIS provides organisations, travel managers and security personnel with up-to-date and in-depth information for every country around the world on incidents that could hinder the safety and well being of travellers.

¡°Since launching TRIS at the Business Travel Show, we have been inundated with interest from corporations, who want to demonstrate duty of care to their employees,¡± said The Anvil Group¡¯s Director, Matthew Judge. ¡°It is apparent that corporations need to know what events and incidents are affecting travel world-wide. TRIS has been designed to provide information on travel associated risks to corporations and businesses of all sizes.¡±

¡°We have been using TRIS to stay well informed of any risks that may be associated with our employees travel itineraries and implement this into our business travel plans,¡± says Nomura Internationals Head Of Security, Mark Hanna. ¡°It is important that we as an organisation demonstrate the utmost duty of care to our employees and TRIS is helping us to do this in relation to our business travel.¡±
