Royal Boon Edam Group Holding B.V. opens new subsidiary in Hong Kong

Royal Boon Edam Group Holding Edam B.V., the global developer of entrance technology, announces a new subsidiary sales and service company has opened for business in Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong operation will be managed by Paul Liu, who has many years of sales experience in Hong Kong in the construction supply industry.  Boon Edam Hong Kong Ltd will offer the full range of Boon Edam Door Systems and Security Access Solutions, backed up by locally provided service in both Hong Kong and Macao.

David Bunkall, Director of Group Marketing comments, ¡°Hong Kong plays an important part in our market, both in terms of local projects and also because of the number of specifiers and architects based in Hong Kong involved in major projects in mainland China.  Macao, with its growing casino market, in which Boon Edam has over the years been the major supplier to in Las Vegas, also represents strong future opportunities.  These markets were both previously supported from our main Chinese subsidiary company in Beijing but we recognise the importance of being as close to our markets as possible and want to ensure our market presence and customer support in Asia is as strong as in Europe and the Americas¡±.
