IntelliViewer 2.0’s open architecture platform was implemented to transmit real-time video from deployed cameras located throughout the community to the MDTs in squad cars via the state’s wireless network. IntelliViewer, in conjunction with BioKey’s Mobile Cop platform, allows the Haverhill PD to seamlessly integrate archived and live streaming video with CJIS and NCIC query technology while offering the ability to dispatch and/or share photos and video for BOLOs and visual verification of incidents.  With the deployment of this combined architecture, the Haverhill PD is pioneering a new solution for delivering situational awareness to responders where and when they need it.
