The total period of performance is four years, four months, which begins today and ends Sept. 30, 2011. RTSC teamed with McNeil Security Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of McNeil Technologies, and the current SPP contractor at the Greater Rochester International Airport, to offer the TSA a comprehensive screening operations plan.

The plan complies with TSA airport security standard operating procedures and will address the recruiting and retention challenges in the Florida Keys.  Existing TSA Key West Federal Transportation Security Officers will be offered jobs with the Raytheon and McNeil team. The staff will be augmented by approximately 20- to 30- new hires, providing job opportunities for residents in the lower Keys.
