Mr. McKinney is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
Mr. McKinney most recently worked for BearingPoints Identity Management Solutions Group where he helped develop one of the countrys first successful interagency HSPD-12 PIV implementations -- part of GSA’s shared service provider program -- including the complete infrastructure to create, activate and issue PIV credentials to all participating federal agencies.  During this project and others, he designed and implemented back-end infrastructure for Identity Management Systems (IDMS), Card Management Systems (CMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) services.  Mr. McKinneys pre- and post-sales involvement also included Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance projects.  Additionally, he was a significant contributor in the authoring of industry standards.
