Alliance Building Services lights up NYC

FQM acquires electrical services company & names Michael A. Sica as its vice president

First Quality Maintenance, the janitorial division of Alliance Building Services, recently announced the acquisition of M.A.S Electrical Maintenance, LLC. FQM has named Michael A. Sica, as Vice President of Electrical Services.

With experienced and well-trained professionals executing these projects, lighting and electrical services will include: structured and cost effective lighting retrofit programs, scheduled lighting maintenance inspections as well as on-call service.

For over seven years, Michael Sica owned and operated M.A.S Electrical Contracting Company. With a master electrical license, he has provided comprehensive electrical services throughout the tri-state area.
