First Quality Maintenance and Classic Security, both divisions of Alliance Building Services, recently received exclusive contracts to provide janitorial and security services at 2 Herald Square, New York, the U.S.A., which is owned by Sitt Asset Management.
Also known as the Marbridge Building and 1328 Broadway, this 350,000 square-foot office building was purchased by Sitt from RFR Holdings in January 2007. The property is undergoing extensive improvements that include elevator and mechanical system upgrades, lobby renovations and the installation of new electrical systems and windows.
Consisting of 90,000 square feet of retail space, both Victoria Secret and H&M hold long-term leases. The ad agency Publicis and Mercy College are two major commercial tenants of the building.
First Quality Maintenance provides full-cleaning service to over 100 buildings in the New York metropolitan area, encompassing more than 60 million square feet.
Classic Security is a full-service security firm that brings more than 60 years of law enforcement experience to every security assignment.
