Vista to showcase IP solutions at IIPSEC 2008

Vista is exhibiting on stand 035 at this year¡¯s IIPSEC exhibition, held 29th – 31st January 2008 at Stoneleigh Park, near Coventry. The show allows visitors to view and learn about the latest new and innovative IP technology.

Vista will be showcasing a wide range of their IP integrated CCTV products and will be able to offer advice and demonstrate the advantages of IP security. Included in the line up will be the following products:

Graphica2 allows for live viewing, recording and telemetry control of IP cameras and video streams as well as control of the new Navigator and Blade DVRs. Packed with new features such as multi-site / multi-user operation over LAN, WAN and the internet, the software utilises an advanced user interface to combine conventional analogue video products and networked digital products, thus combining the best of both worlds.

Vista Blade, an enterprise level real-time Hybrid DVR with 4, 8 or 16 analogue inputs and up to 4 IP inputs, is capable of recording up to 400 images per second for 16 cameras at D1 resolution. Up to four internal drives support 3TB of storage and the internal cooling system prevents overheating. This sophisticated piece of engineering helps to optimise hard disk life and record rates, thus prolonging the life of the product.

Navigator, a mid-range DVR with 4, 10 or 16 camera inputs, offers excellent functionality. Simple to set-up but powerful in operation, the Navigator offers the installer and end-user a truly intuitive menu structure. Powerful record rates of 100 images per second at 2 CIF resolution with a choice of formats allows for both MPEG 4 and MJPEG compression for optimal transmission over networks. Each of these products will be fully operational and will be demonstrated using a variety of IP cameras.

With so many conflicting opinions being voiced within the industry, deciding whether a network based solution, as opposed to an analogue based solution, is the most appropriate approach for your installation may appear less than straightforward. t¡¯s for this reason that experts from Vista will be on hand at the show to personally discuss your requirements with a view to identifying the best way forward.
