UTC Fire & Security completes acquisition of Initial Electronic Security in France

UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp., has completed its purchase of Rentokil Initials Electronic Security business unit in France, Initial Securite Holdings SAS, also known as Initial Delta.

Headquartered in Lyon, France, Initial Delta provides electronic security and fire safety solutions to a wide range of customers.

"The addition of IESGs operations in the U.K., Netherlands, U.S., and now France, will strengthen our global electronic security presence," said William Brown, President, UTC Fire & Security.  "The combined businesses position us well for further growth and expansion, and bring additional value to our customers, shareholders and employees."
