Rosslare opens Sao Paulo, Brasil office

The new center offers enhanced marketing and support for Rosslare Enterprises Brazilian customers and partners.

Rosslare Security Products, a worldwide provider of innovative electronic security devices announced today, as part of its continued worldwide expansion, the opening of a new office in Brazil. The decision to open a new office comes in response to the increasing demand in Latin America for Rosslares access control and intrusion management product lines.

Located in Sao Paulo, the new office will enable RSP to better meet the needs of its channel network and growing customer base in Latin America. "Our New Brazil operation will extend our relationships through the major Brazilian distribution networks. This office will be a high value added service center for Rosslare¡¯s customers and will provide expertise and advanced products" said Ezra Ozer, the Managing Director.

ROSSLARE Brazil will be responsible for strengthening marketing and promotional activity, and for backing distributors with increased pre-sales, post-sales service, and technical support on a local basis. The company believes the extra resources will help to entrench Rosslares commitment to service excellence and in turn higher customer satisfaction.

Rosslare has appointed Mr. Gilberto Alves to the position of Brazil General Manager. Mr. Alves brings a wealth of knowledge and local expertise to the Rosslare team, with over 12 years of experience in the security field.
