FusionVM expands capability for managed service providers

Latest product release enables new level of security service delivery

Critical Watch, a supplier of security risk management solutions, released an expanded set of capabilities that enables Managed Service Providers to drive ongoing vulnerability and risk management services to clients. The new FusionVM MSP solution introduces expanded user administration and roll-up reporting for centralized management of multiple clients from a unified portal.

"Having some key strategic partners using our existing functionality for selling services has enabled us to learn directly from them as to what the next generation should be," said Critical Watch President and CEO, David Laizerovich. FusionVM MSP is unique in that it allows a broad centralized administration for "Client Admins", but also has the flexibility for customizing and limiting access for each client as needed. Also included are unique MSP-level reports, that show each clients key security metrics in a comparative summary dashboard.

This enhanced administrative and reporting framework enables MSPs to efficiently scale and manage a vulnerability management service as an annuity based offering while providing higher service levels for security through a proactive continual service. FusionVM MSP is leveraged by large corporations with subsidiaries, diverse higher education institutions, distributed healthcare networks or any other umbrella entities needing autonomous operations with a common report layer.
