More specifically, the company received a US$240,000 purchase order from one of the largest United States Army bases in America, providing for ICOP to fully equip the bases law enforcement fleet with ICOP Model 20/20®-W digital in-car video systems.  ICOP also processed an initial US$42,000 purchase order for in-car video units from a base in the Northeastern U.S. providing installation support to the Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve.  Since late July of this year, ICOP has processed orders from four major U.S. Military bases.  Cumulative sales to these new customers has totaled approximately US$620,000, thus far, representing revenue that will be recognized in the third quarter reporting period ended September 30, 2008.
