In addition to customized traditional security services such as burglary, fire, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm systems and services, ADT Custom Home Gold Service includes a selection of home automation offerings including full video services that allow homeowners to look in and record video of their home remotely from anywhere in the world.

Dedicated, highly trained ADT Custom Home Gold Service security advisors and installation technicians work closely with homeowners to help address their specific security and home automation needs and preferences. ADT Custom Home Gold Service monitoring is conducted from a specialized facility in Kansas City, Mo., the U.S.A., backed up by the country¡¯s largest network of interconnected security monitoring centers.
ADT Custom Home Gold Service subscribers are given a dedicated telephone number that can connect 24 hours a day, seven days a week to a preferred customer service agent who can respond to questions or concerns. If more convenient, customers may also contact a customer service agent through a dedicated email address.
ADT has been deploying the ADT Custom Home Gold Service program for the past 16 months, putting the required staffing and infrastructure in place to provide the enhanced level of residential security and automation service, according to Tim McKinney, director of custom home services for ADT in North America.
