Panasonic Security Systems, a division of Panasonic System Solutions Company (PSSA), has announced the enrollment of Cisco as the founding partner in the Panasonic Solution Developer Network (PSDN) program.  The program joins two leading suppliers of advanced networking products and technologies -- Panasonics i-Pro Series of intelligent and professional IP video surveillance products, and Ciscos Intelligent Converged Environment (ICE) video surveillance products for best-in-class networked system operations.  As the Founding Partner, Cisco will receive high levels of developmental and marketing support from Panasonic.  According to Michael Maddox, System Sales Engineer and PSDN Program Manager for Panasonic, the PSDN Program is designed to offer Cisco and other Panasonic partners development tools, technical information, and protocols to encourage and accelerate the development of integrated and interoperable system solutions for a variety of applications.
