The new Criticom Monitoring Services to participate in ISC East

The new Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) will host an exhibit at the International Security Conference and Exposition (ISC East), September 11-12, 2007, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York. CMS president Tony Wilson and his colleagues will be at booth 1720 to meet and talk with security professionals from around the globe.

"We are excited to talk with people about what is going on at CMS and how the recent merger will mean even better service for our dealers and their customers," said Wilson. Criticom International and Computerized Monitoring Service, the former CMS, merged their operations in April of this year.

"At this time, we are incorporating best practices from both companies as standard protocol at the new CMS," continued Wilson. "As a larger player in the market, we believe our combined company has a tremendous opportunity to set new standards in the industry. We are already investing in major enhancements to our monitoring facilities, working to create an unmatched network of centers and offices, and identifying expanded services that will benefit independent dealers across the country." CMS currently operates four monitoring centers, located in Orlando, Fla., Manasquan, N.J., St. Paul, Minn. and Irvine, Calif.

To help promote its new combined brand image, CMS also is overhauling its Web site and adding features to help its dealers run their security businesses more efficiently. "The updated Web site will be more dynamic, giving our new company a distinctive brand identity. Another change will allow our dealers to log in to the home page to quickly utilize dealer services like eAccess, which allows them to conveniently manage their customer accounts and run reports," said Wilson.
