Addressing rapidly growing market for identity management

Centrify partner program enables consultants, system integrators and resellers to extend their audit and information security solutions portfolio

Centrify Corporation, a provider of Microsoft Active Directory-based authentication, access control and auditing solutions for non-Microsoft platforms, today launched the Centrify Partner Network to provide opportunities and resources to support global system integrators, value added resellers, distributors and consultants that help IT organizations address compliance requirements, secure their heterogeneous computing environments and enhance operational efficiencies. Centrifys software complements partner expertise by delivering innovative identity management and auditing capabilities that leverage the pervasive installation of Microsoft Active Directory.

"Centrify is committed to establishing a channel-friendly distribution model with programs that are designed to increase the success of our partners," said Jim Chappell, VP of Worldwide Field Operations. "We have invested heavily in the last year to build a comprehensive sales, service, training and support infrastructure for our channel partners. The program is designed to ensure that our partners can rely on Centrify people, processes and technology to support them as they solve problems for their customers."

With over 25 partners worldwide already on board, Centrify has established a strong reputation for technical expertise. Current partners have already found that they reinforce their "trusted advisor" status by introducing Centrify solutions to their clients. Centrifys solutions enable customers to create a secure, connected computing environment by centralizing security for Linux, UNIX and Apple Macintosh systems, web-based applications, databases and storage systems in Microsoft Active Directory. Customers also benefit by getting additional high quality services and solutions from a partner they are accustomed to doing business with.

"Our involvement with Centrify began with a customer challenge to streamline their UNIX and Linux systems identity management process, centralize administration, and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements," said Michael Evans, president of Certified Security Solutions, Inc (CSS), a security solutions provider based in Kirkland, WA. "Centrify had the technology, the expertise and an appreciation of our capabilities and relationship with the customer. Their solution fit the customers requirements and their support for CSS exceeded our expectations for a reliable vendor partner."

"Centrify has provided us with superior support and solutions," said Walter Marmo, President of Eurosel S.r.l., a leading reseller of IT solutions based in Turin, Italy. "We look forward to continuing to partner with them to deliver identity management, auditing and compliance solutions in the Italian market."
